Job description

Do you have a talent building winning teams? We are looking for a smart and outgoing HR Manager, who has the grit and energy to work in a fast-paced tech startup environment. You will manage Geoblink’s full recruiting process, collaborate with every team to understand their hiring needs,  promote our culture and values, emphasize personal empowerment and productivity, and enable business success through talent management.


  • Manage and organize the HR team duties and responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, processes and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Live, maintain and transmit our culture code and values
  • Recruit, select, orient, train and build the best A-team ever
  • Maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices
  • Build relationships with our Labor agency regarding contracts and other activities
  • Maintain and update HR documents (organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories)
  • Conduct and update the company’s performance evaluation system
  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
  • Understand employees needs and inform and conduct employee benefits programs
  • Report directly to the CEO

  • 2-4 years experience working in a HR department
  • Experience in startups environments
  • Systematic, disciplined, and obsessed with being smarter about the way you do things
  • Passionate about technology and the start-up scene
  • Dotate with strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Able to demonstrate a creative and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proactive, independent worker with proven ability to work well with others
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
  • Have a work hard/play hard mentality
  • International team player
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (other languages is a plus)
