Job description

Geoblink is looking for a smart and outgoing Head of Partnerships and Business Development who has the passion and capabilities to build strong partnerships and to lead strategic projects with large clients, and who has the grit and energy to work in a fast-paced start-up environment. Someone ambitious who would like to develop his/her career in a B2B software company and who wants to grow in the company in a short term period.   • Identifying and prioritizing new partners who can bring high value to Geoblink
  • Develop strong relationships with Geoblink’s partners, enterprise clients and prospects
  • Work with current and potential partners to build strong and lasting alliances
  • Serve as an intermediary between the Geoblink’s teams and client and partnerships teams
  • Take ownership of the large projects and end products, contributing to the analysis, design, and implementation, developing tailor-made solutions and working closely with clients to ensure positive impact and sustainable results
  • Be responsible of overall project planning, controlling and execution by identifying work packages, estimating resources/costs and controlling the project scope
  • Support the CEO and Product, Marketing and Sales teams


  • You have proven experience in consultative sales, building partnerships, market/business development, and/or account management, including leading complex negotiations end-to-end
  • You are a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • You have a great developed business sense
  • You have strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • You have strong communication and negotiation skills
  • You know about the importance of being a team player
  • You work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • You are results-oriented and have a work hard/play hard mentality
  • You are able to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
  • You are fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages is a plus)
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a B2B software company is a plus
  • Previous experience in management consulting is a plus
  • MBA is a plu
