What type of customer support is available to me?

All Geoblink packages come with instant access to our Help Centre, where you can find detailed articles on our product as well as free tutorials for every use case. Alternatively, you can get in touch directly with your Customer Success Manager or the Customer Support team, who are there to make sure you're taking full advantage of our platform and answer any questions that may arise. Customer support levels vary depending on the plan you've selected, ranging from basic phone and email to consulting services with an industry expert.

Are there any additional fees apart from the plan I've chosen?

The Geoblink Location Intelligence platform was built to scale with your business. As you grow, you may discover a number of other use cases in which location-based insights could prove to be of value. If this happens to be the situation, your plan and license fee will be adjusted accordingly to incorporate the additional features that fit your needs.

Do I need to pay for onboarding services?

Geoblink's onboarding services are free of charge once you purchase any of the plans listed above. You will be assigned a designated Customer Success Manager, who will be your main point of contact at Geoblink, ensuring you have all of the information and training you need to start powering your business from end-to-end with Location Intelligence.
