The Future of Retail Intelligence 2019 Report


Openings, closings, relocations—all of the commotion out on the high street is causing quite a lot of uncertainty amongst retailers. This uncertainty is what has caused many to ask themselves what the future of bricks-and-mortar will be. We were also some of those people.

To find out the answer to this question, we launched an international survey in which 600 retail professionals participated from the United Kingdom, Spain and the United States. We have gone over all of the responses and compiled them into our first annual “Future of Retail Intelligence 2019” report.
